Three technique focused training sessions to prepare your team for the upcoming season, working on neutral, top, and bottom
Team Bonding
Enjoy a unique collegiate camp experience with a large variety of games meant to foster team bonding and reinforce positive team values.
Three Duals
Each team will be matched up for a total of three dual rounds giving wrestlers an opportunity to put the new skills to practice!

This was our first time doing a camp with Life U but will definitely not be our last. Coaches were very motivational and very hands on with all of the wrestlers. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how much she loved this camp and couldn't wait to go to the next one.
